This is a review for the maintenance crew. I have had nothing but great experiences w Alex. He is prompt, helpful, my dog trusts him when I’m not there to come in and fix things, which is saying a lot! He always has a smile, and handles things literally the day I put the order in. Nothing but positive things to say about that guy! 😍
My experience at Cortland has been amazing from the start! Ethan was my leasing agent and gave me a very thorough tour of the property and the community is like the perfect haven, especially here in Orlando where apartment communities rarely have great scenery. The community feels like a storybook with all the trees and the ponds and lake. It feels very peaceful. I appreciate that it is gated and has two pools and clean amenities like the gym. I've been at Cortland Lake Howell for 6+ months, and I've had nothing but good times here! The neighborhood is nice, and the people and pets are super friendly. From coming in for a viewing to lease, everything was smooth sailing all the way. The maintenance crew are always out and about in golf carts and friendly as can be. They're proactive with maintenance here and I've never had to call for anything. If I ever did have an issue, I'm positive they would have it resolved in a hot minute. The community has 2 pools.
