Dr. Melanie and the entire Office Staff are awesome. Friendly and very caring. I highly recommend them.
My mom is 77. She had an appointment to have her teeth cleaned. 6 months go by and she called to verify it as they didn’t call her to verify. My mom had the appointment card so she knew the day. The lady she called said she didn’t have an appointment. When my mom asked why, the lady on the phone Said they don’t take her insurance anymore. Not only did they take her appointment away Nobody bothered to call or send a letter to tell her that they don’t take her insurance anymore.
