Nightmare Experience – Stay Away Hiring The Happy Roof was one of the worst home service experiences I’ve ever had. What should have been a straightforward project turned into a complete disaster: 1. They blocked my garage, leaving me unable to get out, which caused me to miss an appointment and cost me $100 in cancellation fees. 2. They ruined the plastic edging around our flower beds. 3. They charged us for a full siding replacement only completed the missing area. After telling us they would send us a check with the refund for the amount they did not replace, upon calling, they told us it would be sent the next day - again. Edited: they sent the refund but are terrible at communication.
Quality work - very professional … communication from start to finish - highly recommend !!
