Scam company, do not do business with them. I signed a contract with them in April 30 of 2024 for a roof repair, received email confirmation, and yet I cannot get them to actually do the work. I have called repeatedly, emailed repeatedly and they never responded. Happy Roof, good at making Unhappy customers...
I rarely (really almost never) post reviews, but I told Mike Boren at Happy Roof how much I appreciated his help and offered to write one. (He encouraged me to do so because he has apparently been the victim of some unfair reviews). So, I was in the process of selling my house when the tornado hit last month. I needed someone to quickly look at my roof and get me an estimate of any damage and cost of repairs. Mike came out very soon and inspected the roof. They are a bunch of liars. They have came to my house multiple times and lied every time they came over. We have advertised for them and they even told us if our insurance would not work with us they would do it for free, and then they back peddle. They also said the sent some of our shingles back to Florida. They didn't. So why would you do business with dishonest people?
My living room had a chimney leak on the fireplace wall. I thought it could be a failed chimney flashing from the Happy roof installed eight years prior, which was still under warranty. I called the company; they came out and checked the flashing, which was fine. The chimney needs tuckpointing so they sent Matthew, a skilled tuckpointer to make the repairs. Do not hire this company. They patched my roof more than once and it’s still leaking. They worked on Paddock Forest Condos and our roofs are still leaking!! Take your business somewhere else!
