I worked with The Happy Hour on their video promotion. They are a group of true professionals. You could tell their dedication to mental health was genuine. Each of them care deeply about helping others as evidence by their preparation and dedication to sharing helpful information with their audience.
I truly wouldn't be the person I am today without The Happy Hour. I have been a client for many years now, and I plan to be a client for as long as the services are available to me. My life-coach, Clara, has been so impactful both as a standalone partnership and in tandem with my trauma therapy/psychiatry outside of The Happy Hour. The Happy Hour is truly a special place. The programming is unique and diverse, and the space they’ve created is welcoming and warm. I tell everyone I know about this place and highly recommend attending a sound bath, joining one of the book clubs, or trying out one of the longer term programs!
I cannot say enough positive things about The Happy Hour and its staff. They are clearly passionate about their work and exhibit such a high level of attention and care. I instantly feel calmer walking into their building and I love the variety of services and events they offer.
