My daughter loved the happy core. She came home from each session with tangible skills to calm and refocus herself. She couldn’t wait to tell me about what she learned. 6 months later she still uses the skills she learned. She is calmer and happier because of happy core.
Happy Core was amazing working with my daughter! We participated in a 6 week class at The DePaul School. Each class was well thought out, kids were set at ease, and they came home with tools to use that will be helpful in our journey.!
