I had a frustrating experience with Synthia’s cleaning service. I asked several times for tasks like cleaning the wine rack, and instead of being upfront and telling me they weren’t included, she would either do it inconsistently or just skip it without explanation. Only after raising her price did she finally tell me that “tasks like the wine rack, window tracks, ceiling mold, shower drains, and tile scrubbing aren’t part of the standard repeat service.” This should have been communicated clearly from the beginning—not afte... read more
We’ve been using Happi cleaning for a few months now and I’m always satisfied with the cleanliness of the house after they are done. Synthia cleans areas that I wouldn’t even think to consider cleaning and she lets me know when a filter or vent needs to be replaced so I don’t have any dust issues. Always very punctual and communicates well with me. I would recommend this cleaning service to my close friends and neighbors! Definitely will be in business with them Long term.
