I have been shopping with Happy for over a year now, and I will never go anywhere else!! They always have the best product, the staff are so sweet and personal and truly take pride in the work that they do! I find myself bonding with staff over favorite strains! Currently enjoying a new strain they have in called Apricot Haze! Don’t think twice about shopping anywhere else for your gardening needs!!
Truly awful customer service and yet they’ll still expect a 20% gratuity on a counter service transaction. I spent a few hundred dollars here and the staff was really weird about it. They kept saying no one ever buys this much and how weird it is. It’s very strange to make your customers feel uncomfortable for spending lots of money in your business??
