The place to be for Hapkido! – Simply awesome Hapkido sessions with lots of smiles. I was first introduced to Sensei Dennis through my family friends because their 2 daughters are taking classes there. Since then, my son at the age of 9 is doing great with his motor and coordination skill only after 6 weeks of ongoing training sessions. Sensei Dennis is very good in getting the children to stay focused which is absolutely important for anyone to do well in any sport. EXCELLENT School that won't kill you! – Instructors care about making you a better TOTAL martial artist and thus human being. Emphasis on learning martial arts as the pertain to life skills AND self defense. The cover standing, throwing and ground. Clean too. They keep the kids and adults separate and that is important to me. I like kids, even have a few ;), but feel they learn differently from adults.

Great environment, great workout! – When seeking out a new form of exercise I was a bit hesitant about pursuing martial arts. I have no coordination at all. At the Hapkido Institute that does not matter. The instructors are wonderful teachers and very patient. The students are very encouraging and willing to help when they can. It is a supportive and fun environment which enables you to build confidence while perfecting your skills.
