This is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Megan the adjuster does not return calls, does not follow up on questions, and has still not resolved my claim. This company has had my claim for over a month and they still keep telling me that they are reviewing the coverage to see if the claim will be accepted. That is ludicrous. Monkeys could do a better job. I am a member of the club that is the insured and I am serious recommending they switch companies.
This is the worsh..I will cancel my home and auto insurance..the ajuster Mike Stevens is the worst ajuste I ever see..we have over 5 months a clia. Wich he said will pay me..after I do the work ...how I will do the work..so I get thos paid and fix..If I have the money I don't even make a cliam..why I pay insurase..? People need to do research with hanover before buy any product here..shame..I have Manny years paying my home and auto insurance.
This might be the worst company I have ever dealt with across the board. To say their customer service and responsiveness is atrocious would be a compliment. I do not believe they understand that they work for us, we pay them for their services(services to obtain are worse then getting a root canal with no numbing). They are on their own timeline, have no urgency or rush to assist those in need and would rather read you the policy manual then actual try and assist you. Took 2 hours to secure a tow truck. Not for the tow truck to arrive, Just to secure it. Rejected multiple companies without even letting me know what the out of pocket expenses would be while my three kids, dog and I waited with it being 38 degrees outside. Then they lied about why it took so long. Horrible Horrible. Do yourself a favor and just call a tow truck company yourself!
I am not an insured of this company but I was rear ended by someone while parked. It took 5 days for an adjuster to call me back. An appraiser looked at the car yesterday and said it was a total loss. Today the total loss department called and said it will take them a few weeks to complete this investigation. So I will need to pay for storage fees and tow fees until it’s finished and I’ll be reimbursed. I explained that I can’t afford to pay 2500 out of pocket and be reimbursed. It was silent.
