This insurance company is denying a claim of liability when their driver did a hit and run. No accountability from the driver or their insurance! We will be obtaining copy of the video footage and contesting their denial! The insurance lady Erica came off annoyed from the very beginning when the initial claim was even made and short in her responses. Obviously because they didn’t want to have to pay.
Had a huge issue with my sewer line. Hanover reimbursed me for all repairs. Being a single senior woman, who lives alone, I am grateful!! Thank you Adam Skipworth. Deb H
Easily the single worst experience I've ever had with any company ever. If Hanover Insurance went out of business yesterday, it would be too late for my liking.
Absolutely HORRIBLE insurance company. When a person ran into me hanover insurance and the adjuster, Stephen G Rice extension number 8555119, did everything in his power to make it difficult. It took MONTHS to get the payments sorted out. Stephen G Rice failed to answer phone calls despite multiple weeks of calling and leaving messages. Stephen Rice lied about contacting a rental company which hanover insurance was supposed to pay for.
