Been here for almost a year now. It’s a pretty clean and quiet complex overall you definitely get what you pay for though, especially when it comes to the AC and heating. In the summer, the A/C is always out because it’s central, and they don’t turn it on until late May. Your apartment basically stays the same temperature as outside, so be prepared to sweat a lil. I’ve lived at Hanover Apartments for about five years now. The woman in the leasing office are very professional but that’s about it. Mice everywhere. I killed about 3 mice in the last 2 weeks. Everyone in my building and next door has mice. I even seen a mouse running around outside. It’s sick. When maintenance finally does arrive they like to act like it’s YOUR fault the complex has mice. Cannot wait to move!
Recently toured this complex with Brittny who was very nice, very thorough, and answered all of my questions. Was a pleasant visit, I am looking forward to moving along with my rental decision.
Love my unit no problems if had any it’s fixed right away. Neighbors quiet everyone in the leasing office nice and pleasant always a good visit. Maintenance man Walter always on the job when need to be. Having an excellent experience living here
We like living in the Hanover Apartments. Is a very quiet community. We have been living in this community for the last 3-years and have never had any issues. Management is very pleasant and very professional. Every time we have called for any repairs in the apartment, we have received prompt response. We are happy living in this community.
