do not live here. roaches throughout the building. The management company is constantly renovating apartments in the building, deafening noise with no care how it impacts the tenants.
We lived in Stonehenge 70 for ~3 years. A month before leaving for a new apartment (in the process of moving out), the management got into our apartment and erroneously trashed everything that was inside - including my wife's wedding dress. They apologies profusely at first, asked us for receipts (which we provided) and told us they will compensate for the mistake. And then one day they suddenly stopped responding to all phone calls, emails and attempts to contact them.
Enjoy working at The Hanley, amazing staff, tenants and building. As a building Superintendent for The Hanley it's a great working environment.
Terrible management, and leasing company. Stay way. You will not regret it!
A week after my last review i come back to allert everyone that this building has had both elevators broken at the same time. Third time in less than two months. And so far i have NOT been contacted regarding what happened last week. Stay away from here.
Awful experience as a resident. The apt is good but The building elevators are very badly maintained - border line dangerous. Twice in less than 2 months living there i had to go up 25 floors bc both elevators were not working
The apt is nice and i like it. However, elevator maintenance is a serious issue. I have been here for less than 2 months there there were two instances that i needed to use the stairs to geth to the 25th floor and was stuck in my apt with my two little kids til gets fixed. I lived in apt from Glenwood for multiple years and that never happened. I am serisouly concerned with the elevators and i already made a complain to the City departments.
