This is a hidden gem inside of the Springfield Mall, occupying the old Friendly’s location. It’s a family owned and operated restaurant. The food is pretty standard burgers and fries chicken tenders and mozzarella sticks but you are getting exactly what you pay for. The prices are low and your kids will love it. They have combos where your kids make a craft while you wait for your meal. The family that owns it is so friendly and the service is amazing.
I want to drop a quick review. 1st thing 1st the atmosphere is amazing and Ms T she is one of a kind. She makes you feel welcome and feel accepted. 2nd the food is on point. I had luch there today around 1230 and I am still full now at 630. The service is A1. All around I would recommend here to everyone who wants a great time and good food. Definitely going back for more.
Since the reopening the service has degraded tremendously. Zero stars. I won't be back. They totally screwed up my order adding shit that I did not ask for. Atmosphere is shitty. Same TV garbage every time I come here. Too loud.
My friend and I visited today with our five kids and we chose the kids crafts plus the meal combination. From the second we walked in. I felt so welcomed and catered too. Mrs. T (who I think is one of the owners!) was just an incredibly kind and engaging teacher. All of our children enjoyed learning and making slime for the first time. The menu looks very appealing and gives the impression of high-quality food, but the actual experience did not match expectations. The sandwich was disappointing—the chicken was quite tough and the overall taste was not enjoyable. Requested extra sauces were also not included. Based on this experience, the food quality could use improvement. It may be worth considering other options before ordering.
