John was incredibly flexible when the job of safeguarding the house against rodents turned out to be bigger than we thought. He accommodated our schedule and was good natured about the whole thing. It was clear that John takes pride in his work. John did an excellent job of closing up every nook and cranny that a rodent could squeeze into. He also painted the boards that he put up and definitely went the extra mile to make sure that we felt safe.
John is great! My rental unit had water damage from a leaking pipe. He cleaned out the area, insulated, put new drywall up and new flooring under sinks and fixed an area in ceiling. He also helped me navigate with plumber and most importantly, deal with my tenant which made the whole situation better! I highly recommend John!
John was terrific. I have been waiting a long time to find someone who can help us take care of home tasks too complicated for us. And I am very glad I did! He accomplished the work timely and with quality!
Couldn't recommend The Handy Guys for your project enough. We had a pipe leak in our bathroom. Scott and James patched up the hole, and since moving into our house we had little projects we hoped to get done. After speaking with John, it because much more cost efficient just to start knocking items off our list. They hung some tv's, changed out light fixtures and a fan, and ended up painting our top two levels. Quality of work was top notch, and they were great guys on top of it. John did a great job on two of my upstairs bedrooms that needed a little TLC. He got the work done quickly and for a fair price. Wallpaper removal, sanding and plastering walls and fixing a ceiling and some new paint. Will likely use him again in the near future for a few other smaller projects around my house.
