John Blanar is the kind of guy you can trust with the keys to your home — literally. He and his assistant Paulo spent four weeks at my house removing popcorn ceilings in nine rooms, a massive job that meant covering walls, draping furniture and valuables, then scraping, skim-coating, sanding, priming, painting, and cleaning every room. He was fair, professional, and took the time to answer any questions or concerns we had, which made us feel completely at ease. Amazing company and people! Couldn't ask for a better gc. We just did painting, but capable of so much more and will definitely be calling again when I'm ready for phase 2! Attention to detail is on point! Don't hesitate to contact them. You will NOT regret it. Honest, good people at a fair price. I won't be looking elsewhere for my future projects.
