Had a first haircut appointment today for our little dude, who became quite skeptical and upset when it was time to actually get in the chair. I thought we were going to have to take the “L” and go home. Nope! Joey D remained cool, calm and collected when he could have easily said, “Sorry, not happening.” (I would not have blamed him) Joey took the time to introduce himself and the combs, clippers etc, until my son was giggling, comfortable and ready to try.
