I have been under Jian’s care for the past year for a synovial cyst wrist injury. She has been a guiding light for me at helping me navigate the injury, and supported me through it. Jian was always on top of all my milestones and other injury related appointments and progress, addressed my concerns in times of uncertainty, and had my best interest in key decision making moments. After months of rehab I am finally able to operate my thumb as normal. I could not have done it without the support of Laura and the excellent team at Action Rehab! Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Highly recommend ☺👌
I broke my wrist and ended up needing a splint and a fair bit of hand therapy. Teresa was fantastic and guided me through a couple of months of rehab, which really helped. I’d also like to thank Sabine on reception, who was always so friendly and welcoming, especially at the start when everything was a bit stressful. Everyone at the practice was great to deal with, and I’m doing really well now. Highly recommend.

I had a very positive experience with Jane throughout my physiotherapy treatment. She was always professional, approachable and attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the rehabilitation process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and tailored the treatment to my progress and needs. I really appreciated her knowledge and support throughout my recovery and would highly recommend Jane to anyone looking for a skilled and caring physiotherapist
