Great first experience, definitely a full workout in 45 minute
I took Lauren’s Sculpt class for the first time, and it was amazing! Her energy is so motivating, and the workout was challenging in the best way. I felt pushed to my limits but in a way that made me want to keep going. Lauren’s guidance and encouragement throughout the class made it a fun and empowering experience. Highly recommend her class to anyone looking to challenge themselves and get results!
