Just from going through portfolios, some of the tattoos are really great (such as the red and blue rose by Eddie Molina and a couple of Jake Browning's creations), but a worrisome number have poor linework/coloring, poor composition, or a mix. While I don't know how much of a tattoo's quality is affected by what the customer wants, I've seen enough of these tattoos show up on sites devoted to calling out bad tats that I am not sure I'd want to get a tattoo here.
