I will start by saying, thank you to Jenny the receptionist and Edgar the PA. Edgar and Jenny are great. They were so helpful and kind. I think they keep the patients showing up. Dr. Wear on the other hand. . . I came here with a broken finger, after having x-rays done elsewhere. It was clear that the finger was broken, so the Dr. Wear recommended a splint for 2-3 weeks, with a follow up planned to see how the finger looked, and if I could resume using the hand. Very unprofessional and awful experience. The lady kept saying “ugh” in disgust and about my injury the whole time she was asking me questions. Took the doctor almost an hour to see me just for them to say I need a hand surgeon, and they wanted to charge me for the painful visit.
So I needed a specialist for my daughter but their appointment window is Ridiculous. Only mornings and afternoons on Mondays and Tuesdays and all day Wednesdays. I said ok I'll make the appointment for next Wednesday the 10th at 2:30 she says, "oh sorry we only have an 11am because we're not book all day that day". She just told me Wednesday's all day! 🤦 Thursday are unavailable and Fridays are unavailable because the doctor is doing surgeries. Smh You gotta be kidding me
