Way too much drug activity....police calls...not enough security
There are some kinks to work out here, as generally happens with new construction. My son's cottage is spacious and well appointed. However, the washer/dryer unit has been broken for two weeks now, despite his work order. The back door still does not have a key, and management is not being helpful with taking care of this. Window screens have yet to be installed. But the landscaping, grill area, and furniture are all very nice. Some bike racks would be a worthy addition.
I am a senior here in Statesboro at Georgia Southern, and in the few years I have spent here The Hamptons is by far the best place I have lived. The homes are spectacular inside and out, while the amenities never fail to excite me. The Hamptons also has an amazing staff! I have personally worked with James, Robby, Dustin, and Cody (just to name a few) and they were all persistent in making sure things were excellent and stress free. Lived in three other apartment complexes since my time at GSU and not a single place comes close to how nice this place is and how exceptional the staff is. I always get my questions answered on time and any issues resolved right way. The amenities are top notch and the pricing is great. 10/10
