Ive had broken appliances since I moved in back in November and the only thing maintenance does is come and look at it they also walk in and unlock your door after doing 1 knock not giving you the time to answer it
5 stars due to they have worked very hard to get me in and made everything great! Maintenance is always there on time if needed. Management...best I've ever seen in any city I've lived in. They are one reason I felt great living here. Gated community and courtesy officer is here on the premises. Lots of amenities. My neighbors have been so kind and gracious.
Agree, staff and management are amazing. Maintenance guys will come and fix problems promptly. Thanks to Supervisor of Maintenance Cullen and Maintenance worker Dray for ensuring that all repairs were completed . They worked professionally and promptly. Thank you.

I’ve stayed at Pine Bend for years. I’ve been present through several managers. I would like to show my appreciation to Ashley and Armi for their patience and concerns when dealing with me and my husband regarding some issues within our apartment prior to Ashley becoming manager. Let’s just say things didn’t get done until Ashley stepped in! Thank you!
