The staff is always pleasant and very professional. Daniel is such a great and personable manager. No matter your questions or concerns he is always ready to assist with a smile on his face. I know this is an older property but you can tell they care about keeping it up! Overall really good property and the pricing is very reasonable in this current economy where a lot of apartments are overpriced. I recommend giving them a tour.
This property used to be nice, it all went down hill 🫠. Management is so rude. They are never in the office & are always making up excuses! 👎🏼
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience deserves a warning for anyone considering The Weathersby. I scheduled not one, but two separate tours in advance—both confirmed—and both times I showed up to a completely closed leasing office. No call, no email, no explanation. Just locked doors and silence. Beyond the lack of professionalism, the property itself looked seriously neglected. I’ve been searching for an apartment and toured here today. The property and apartments are well taken care of and the staff, especially Daniel, were very accommodating with any questions or concerns I had while touring. I would highly recommend them for others currently looking for an affordable and well cared for property.
