Townhomes are incredibly dirty. People use their patios as storage and it gives a terrible look to the community and drives the property value down. Its disgusting and I don’t want to live around filth. For an almost $500 HOA fee monthly, people should be fined until they clean up. Also, there are only about 13 guest parking spots available for the entire community so good luck with having visitors.
This community has been experiencing very positive improvements since the homeowners succeeded in removing the previous Board members in March 2025. The new Board began its term that same month, and the changes have been clearly noticeable: open communication with homeowners, full accessibility to Board members, active vendor oversight to ensure services are properly delivered, and improved financial organization. DO. NOT. LIVE. HERE. This complex is run by the most incompetent group of people I have ever had the displeasure of working with. To start, we were approved by the landlord to move into our unit about 5 day after application. The HOA is entitled to 30 days for approval, but it took them 32 days to get back to us. They held up our approval bc the unit had a satellite dish in the back patio they required the landlord to remove (nothing to do with us, the tenants).
