It’s clean reliable,pets are allowed
I’ve been living here since day one and bought it @pre-construction prices. I admit it’s been a rollercoaster of good and bad between Management teams, our neighbors, renters and HOA. We finally have an amazing HOA that is taking care of business and getting things up to par with codes, community involvement, we have a chat that clearly states everything and decision making, our opinions count, our HOA $$ has gone down while securing the money where it’s needed, plus our homes are getting community beautification and neighbo... read more
Hermoso condominio para vivir, vecinos muy amables y respetuosos. Expensas razonables. Linda piscina y jacuzzi. Cerca de hermosas plazas comerciales, todo a la mano. Supermercado , tiendas de ropa, ubicado al lado de un hermoso parque público con sombra donde llevar a los pequeños.
Great place to live
I’ve been a Home Owner since 2023. They recently had a BOD change and it’s been very positive. Previously things were ok… and now we are excelling! We’ve improved our internal communications and every single detail is taken care of. Safe place, safe community, amicable neighbors 🙌🏼
