Hammocks of Fairview are a great location, close to Erie and interstates. A good mix of families, retired, and professional folks. Office and maintenance staff are courteous and prompt with response. A quiet community where people and wildlife coexist.

I very much like my decision to move to the Hammocks at Fairview last year. I would highly recommend this quiet, friendly and safe neighborhood as it has exceeded my expectations. At this point in my life, I have downsized from a large house and I can truly say, I don’t miss all the ongoing house maintenance, yard work and snow removal that I endured for so many years. We absolutely love living here! We previously lived at the Hammocks at Millcreek and moved here because we wanted a little more space and loved the townhouse-style layout — and it has been a wonderful experience throughout.
