Shane and his team were instrumental in selling my house in tough market conditions. His thoroughness and professionalism were key in helping to sell the house in what I can only assume was near record time and at a price that was quite appealing. He brokered a good deal and assisted me with many aspects that I was not able to take care of on account of my being out of the country from initial listing through closing. I would not think twice about using him again as a buying or selling agent.
Shane Hamilton is a very knowledgeable and helpful realtor. He has helped us sell 2 houses and buy 2 houses. Poor time management and communication.
We found the most perfect home for our move to San Antonio, and we owe a major thanks for the Hamilton Reality Group for making it happen. Communications were prompt and professional the entire way through, and we felt like we had a friend the whole time who was genuinely trying to make our transition as smooth as possible. It's the small details and personal touches that count (recommendations for contractors, for example). Thank you very much Shane and team!!
Highly recommend & love this sweet realtor couple team. I've used them for 3 home closings and appreciate how they compliment each others skill set to help me. They patiently answered all of my questions, helped me with a strategy to sell my home, helped stage it, and kept me informed all along the way. My only complaint is they'll probably retire before I make my way back to Texas!
