If you don’t mind jogging around the whole complex looking for packages delivered, this is the place for you. Not a reflection on staff, this is geared toward upper management who allocated building numbers, address numbers and garage numbers none of which make any sense to residents, UPS, Fed Express, etc. The USPS mailboxes are too high for 5’7” person to reach without a stool. Lived here for a year and 9 months and moving soon. This was a nice quiet community with good friendly people. I rented a 1br loft and it was perfect for me and my dog. Never heard any neighbors bumping around or had any noise complaints. Maintenance was always quick to work and helpful. I can't think of anything negative to say about the community,other than the pond. The pond waterfall never seemed to work right but it's a pond. Everyone at the Hamilton has been wonderful. They have all been friendly and helpful during the move in process! Highly recommend Hamilton Luxury Apartments!! Five stars for sure!
