Just got a phone call from a group of 8 females friends from work who decided they wanted to go have some drinks and food. Upon arrival they were told that they were at capacity (UNDERSTANDABLE) So now as they're trying to figure out where to go, 5 white females approach the same staff member LOW AND BEHOLD they were let in with no problem Did I forget to mention that my female friends were Black and Brown So they go back to the person who told them that they are at capacity No explanation It's like they were talking to the ... read more
Service was terrible, they had specials and 3 people were over charged and were not refuned. Waited about 15 to 20 mins at the bar for a drink. I get it , it was cinco de mayo but they had alot of bartenders. Maybe will try another day thats not as busy and make sure i check my receipt.
Messaged them on their Facebook page about their pickup policy. Message was read and ignored. Figured I would try them out a day or two later. They were listed as opening at 4pm. I went to place my order a little at 4 on doordash and they were then listed as closed for the day. Tried to call and no answer so apparently they didn't open today. Seems like an odd way to run this place. 🤷♂️
