We stayed as a family for 2 nights in 2 different rooms. The check in was very smooth. I got check in instructions immediately after the booking. The rooms are aesthetically pleasing. We loved the rooms. The lake view is really beautiful. We can hear the slow water sounds at night. So pleasing. All other kitchenware and other amenities are well maintained. Cleanliness is top notch. For the price that I booked I couldn’t ask for more. We would like to come stay here again.
Well, first off the fridge didnt work, the heat and air button was stuck BUT THE WORST THING OF ALL HAPPENED TO US! BED BUGS! AS WE LAID THERE READY FOR SLEEP I NOTICED SOMETHING CRAWLING ON THE COMFORTER AND BAMMMMM IT WAS THERE, THOUGH I WAS REFUNDED I STILL AM NOT SATISFIED, I HAD TO DRIVE AN HOUR BACK HOME.... I HAD TO TAKE PRECAUTIONS BUT STILL AM NOT HAPPY... IF ANYONE HAS SAW EVIDENCE OF BED BUGS COME FORWARD. I'M READING UR REVIEWS AND MOST OF YOU HAVE SEEN EVIDENCE. I wish I could post pics
Really clean rooms with great views of the lake.
Absolutely HORRIBLE! I sent my daughter & her fiance on a quick getaway and thought this would be perfect, considering all photos from website showed updated and fresh rooms available. Well... room had food on the floor AND on the silverware in the drawer!, wallpaper was peeling strips down into the shower, sheet (top and bottom, PLUS pillowcases) had large brown stains present, bedspread had brown stains, as well as the floor.
