We ran into a lot of unprecedented issues in the process, but Gina and Jennyrose Halupka supported us with all the resources at their disposal from beginning to end. I recently purchased a Co-op in Bay Ridge. I don't believe there is ever a seamless Co-op transaction in New York, and in my case, this was especially true. Gina Halupka and the team at Compass were there for me every step of the way, and I somehow managed to get to the finish line. I couldn't be more pleased and I love my place!
