This company needs to be put out of buisness. How many times are you all going to half ass a job AND refuse to clean it up or take initiative when you knock power lines down in peoples yard!?! Its been over 24hrs and i still cant let my dog out in the back yard of our home to go to the bathroom. There are power lines CONNECTED to the pole laying in mine and both surrounding neighbors yards as well as some laying on a shed next to the pole. They were hired by Centerpoint to trim our trees close to the power lines. They butchered our trees and then left the cut limbs. They missed our drive by 6 ft and rutted up our yard. It took over a month of multiple phone calls to Halter and CenterPoint before they sent some out to look at things. I was assured they would take care of the debris and that the ruts would be filled in, strawed and seeded. They came to clean up the debris and spent a total of 3 minutes doing it. Thank you for breaking my fence and didn't do anything about it. When u was working at the neighbors. That was VERY rude.
Kenergy hired this company to trim trees from power lines.We ask them if we could hire our own tree service to trim our trees we where told by the Kenergy rep and halter told us no they had to be the ones to do it.well now we will have to call our own tree service to fix or possibly remove our trees.so disgusted with what they have done. The Kenergy rep and halter were very rude.
