This entire apartment has been overcharged for trash for the 2.5 years I have been here and has forced the investigation to be done by tenants. We have inquired about being charged more than $100 per month of trash for a 1 bed/1 bath apartment last year but that had gone nowhere as I was just being routed in a circle so I just gave up. More recently with our trash still increasing on top of the $100 a month, we tried again and at first the apartment pointed us towards Conservice (3rd party utilities) for an actual breakdown ... read more
Don’t do it! This place may look nice on the outside but it’s really a slum. They are extremely slow to respond to service calls for repairs. Something is always breaking here. It’s usually the intercom for the building. The biggest issue is the theft that I have experienced here with no action from management. I’ve had thousands of dollars worth of packages stolen in the time that I’ve been here. This summer there seems to be an increase Thieves even stole a chewy box with food for my cat and cat litter. The Hallie has been my best experience with maintenance staff (and I have lived in a lot of apartments). Art and Jose respond immediately and always resolve the issue. Art really went above and beyond to help clean up after a sink fix and offered to help with any additional fixes. I have never lived in an apartment where I could easily put in a request and always know it will be handled asap. I think the folks that work here are some of the most considerate and do a really good job. Thanks!
I had a very disappointing experience with this property management company at move-out, and I would strongly caution others before leasing here. After vacating my unit, I was issued a bill for $458.68 that includes charges for cleaning, painting, and carpet cleaning that I firmly believe are unjustified. I paid for a professional cleaning service prior to move-out (with documentation), patched and painted any minor holes myself, and left the apartment in good condition.
