I couldn't find an email address to complain, so here it is: Dear Hallie Manager, I’m writing to express my deep frustration regarding the Hallie on Madison elevator situation in our building. Once again, the elevator is broken—something that seems to be happening on a weekly basis. This is not only inconvenient but also completely unacceptable for a building of this standard. I very rarely leave reviews but I have to leave a review here because I’m so disappointed and frustrated with my experience. I moved from the Hallie a month or two ago. I was charged an additional large sum of money without a clear explanation why when I moved. I told the Hallie that we were planning to move to a different city 3 months before the actual date of our move, so I do not understand why they charged us advanced rent.
