⚠️ Think twice before renting at The Hallie Apartments. I lived here for three years and had a very disappointing move-out experience. The management deducted several charges from my security deposit that I believe were not legitimate. I’ve tried to contact them multiple times by email, but received no response. This place is trash... I wish there was a zero stars option for this place! Please read the other reviews, everything is true. Walls are thin like ice cream wafers, you can hear the niebours in the bathroom next door and the upstairs guy would play music really loud. Would always have to bang on the ceiling to shut him up. The Hallie is asking us to pay for wall repairs that were clearly present in my move-in photos. We are taking this to small claims. Avoid this place if you can. The elevators are always breaking too, you will get trapped regularly. It's a disaster waiting to happen. Edit: Still not resolved. Despite a new statement that removed the charges, I am still getting threatening emails from their collections team to pay the original amount. Don’t do it! This place may look nice on the outside but it’s really a slum. They are extremely slow to respond to service calls for repairs. Something is always breaking here. It’s usually the intercom for the building. The biggest issue is the theft that I have experienced here with no action from management. I’ve had thousands of dollars worth of packages stolen in the time that I’ve been here. This summer there seems to be an increase Thieves even stole a chewy box with food for my cat and cat litter.
