I rented this apartment and returned it in pristine condition. Despite this, management kept my deposit and cited reasons that had no basis in reality. The apartment was clean, undamaged, and left exactly as I found it. No legitimate justification was ever provided for withholding my money. We really love living at the Hallie. The maintenance team is pretty prompt at responding to requests, the property is well maintained, and we really enjoy our unit. Nina has been extremely helpful in the office as well and very quick to help us with any questions or concerns.
Have lived here for several years primarily because of how great the maintenance team have been. They've added on some new team members lately - Art has such an incredible addition to the team. He always goes above and beyond to help with any issues, and has quickly become a reassuring presence around the building for the residents. Mina has guided me through every aspect of my moving into The Hallie. Since living here I have had a few issues with movers and the like. The Hallie, and in particular Mina, has always followed up quicky with any request u have.
Mayra the woman who maintains the property is outstanding. Everything is clean and neat, it's like she treats the property as if it is her own home. Also, with no management office on site, she is a valuable conduit for communicating with the property manager and maintenance.
