Got a regular platter ordered through Uber Eats today and had a terrible experience. The delivery arrived without any sauce at all. When I called the store, they were accusing the delivery driver for the missing sauce. They kept trying to not take any responsibility for this issue. A responsible store should at least apologize first, and show the customer that they are trying their best to mitigate the problem. Only thing I heard was employees blaming someone else and trying to escape the situation.

Very friendly and tasty food
I just went to this store and order on regular chicken gyro platter to go. The quantity of the food is very low. It’s not even close to small platter. The guys were not able to redeem my points atbcash counter. Very disappointed by the customer service and the quality and quantity of food.
