Lisa is amazing! She turned my scraggly boarder doodle into a handsome, stunning show dog! She also groomed our 15 yr old boarder mix. Lisa has a love for these animals, takes her time, and truly does a great job. I highly recommend Lisa and the Hairy Hound!

Lisa is really the best. I inherited my parents Maltese Romeo when my Dad passed suddenly in March of this year. My mom had just passed 3 weeks prior to him. Lisa was so kind when I explained what happened, and she knew my dad and Romeo so it made it very special to keep seeing her. I started going mostly because I knew Romeo knew her and I didnt want to rattle him anymore with all the changes he was going through and didnt want him to be frightened. just got back from having our 70 pound labradoodle groomed at the Hairy Hound for the first time. her old groomer moved and her coat was quite long. our pup looks fantastic. the office staff was extremely nice and all the dogs looked happy. so happy to have found this place.
This business is greedy and they don't care if dogs wait in the crate for hours as long as they get your money. I set an appointment online for 12 and 12:30 for tow small dogs. I got them at 4:40 pm - 4 1/2 hours later. They keep on accepting walk-ins and have no regards to tho who make appointments. And because everything was rushed, they did a very LOUSY job on my two dogs. NEVER AGAIN. The owner Ruth is very disrespectful over the phone when asked why are they taking so long. I took both my dogs here for their first grooming and they did an excellent job. I was nervous about how well they would handle it. The ladies took such great care of them. They were beautiful and happy when I picked them up!
