Jane was fantastic! She really knows her stuff and was so kind and understanding. She took the time to answer all of my questions (and I had plenty!) and I left my appointment feeling positive, with full knowledge of my treatment plan and the expected outcomes. It’s definitely a journey as there’s no “quick fix” when it comes to hair growth but I feel like I’m now on the right track and can’t wait for the results! Jane is wonderful kind and understanding. She is extremely knowledgeable and listens to your concerns. Losing my hair created a whirlwind for me emotionally as I didn’t understand why my hair was falling out. Jane was able to talk me through my options and so far being 5 months, after following her recommendations, and treatments, we have seen an improvement with new hairs growing!
