She took the time to ensure we were on the same page about everything to do with the services I requested, the environment was calm and comforting, & Shannon was a joy to speak with. Shannon is very attentive, does a great job, and maintains a super clean (and cute) studio! She's also very knowledgable and professional, which puts me at ease every time I have an appointment. Would highly recommend!
