This haircutters location was terrible. Went in for a consultation where I was told that what I wanted to do was possible (Norma, the owner, was my stylist). She ruined my $200 hair extensions and my natural hair color. I wanted a blonde ombré look and came out with orange tips and streaks all throughout my hair. Although I protested, she insisted that I pay her $200 for the slap job that she did.
