The worst haircut I have ever had. I asked for a trim and it all to be one length. She botched it. I went back the next day for her to fix it and she didn’t like that I was upset about it.
Mercedes is an excellent hair stylist and a great listener. I appreciated her accommodating me at late notice and later in the day with much warmth and pride in her work. I will be back!

Mercedes is the best. She has over 30 years of experience and is very accommodating and surprisingly reasonable. Possibly the best value for money in the entire West LA for the quality of experience and cut. She was able to accommodate me last minute and did not rush. It took an hour to get a hair cut, eyebrow waxing and shampoo, along with wonderful conversation. And all this cost only $45? You cannot even get a decent pizza and drink for that amount.
