I was pretty disappointed in my experience here. The aesthetic of the shop was cool, but the cut and interactions were poor. To start off my experience, I got my haircut from Hayley, who I believe had just woken up from a power nap in the back after I arrived. I get it, but it was a bit uncomfortable knowing that the person who is about to cut my hair is that tired and just needed to finish me up so she could go home. This is my third cut from Cynthia , and NOW a color and every single time I’ve ever gone to her… she’s made my experience WORTH it. Highly recommend.
I got a cut with Cynthia a few months back, I denied letting them take a picture multiple times yet was pressured into one. My partner went with me and I guess they forgot he was in the room, he overheard the other 2 workers talking shit of the client who just left, whining that they aren't getting paid enough for her to be asking for changes. This place just gives mean girl energy, a shame since it was my first alt salon experience
Diana ruined my hair!!!! i asked for bangs and layers and i ended up with a mullet. my hair has not grown back
My experience was fantastic , i love the vibe and energy that the salon brings to the table. I got exactly what i wanted and it makes me feel more confident about myself and divaa. Shout out to bryanna she’s got good vibes and a vibrant energy!! i’m very happy with my results
