My 4 year old niece got her hair cut and Jenn was amazing!! She spoke to my niece so politely and explained every little thing she did, from the layering to the shape of her hair. She explained throughly the difference between the hair dryer and the over the head hair dryer to my niece. She didn't sound condescending nor did she ever speak over my niece. I highly recommend this place. I look forward to coming back.

Unfortunately i do have to be honest and give a low review on my service. I got my hair permed here back in January by a very sweet woman. I have zero complaints on the customer service. Everyone working there seemed super cool and sweet. However I got chemical burns on my neck and ears from my perm. They went away a few days after so it wasnt that big of a deal to me. But thats never happened with any of my previous perms from a different salon. My perm turned out beautiful but months later im seeing that my hair is just to... read more

Jess did an amazing job at giving me the "mob wife" Bob of my dreams. She skilled with layers & texture. I HIGHLY recommend her!
