Had to find a new stylist and Brooke cut my hair. Haircut was fine. While I was there we discussed my hair needs for perm and color. Made another appointment for 2 1/2 weeks out for perm while discussing it with another stylist also. 3 days before my appointment I get a message from Brooke saying she doesn’t have my correct phone number (we went over this twice) and the message is from somebody else’s Facebook account named Kendra. Stopped by to arrange my first visit. I was able to get in on the day I wanted. Staff was friendly and gave some advice to make my first experience a pleasurable one. The facility was clean, and the equipment looked like it was in good repair.
