I asked for a tapered cut with a clean, blended finish in the back (similar to the reference photo I showed), but the result was very different. The back was cut into a sharp V shape with uneven blending, which is not what I requested. I gave clear instructions and even provided a photo, so I was expecting something much closer to that style. MacKenzie did an absolutely beautiful job with my hair today! I was brand new to colour and didn't really understand how it all worked and she was very patient with me. She was very kind when at the end of the session, my hair wasn't quite dry yet and I was a little worried that maybe the highlights were too dark. She reassured me that she could clarify them if they were too cool toned, but once my hair was dry it looked perfect! I will definitely be back ❤️
