Very bad experience, The lady who dont know how to drim the beard and only after she is saying she don't know how to do beard shaping. I think she dont have the licence also.

I usually ask for Mercedes cuz she's a gem but this time I did not, that was my mistake. Went in for a shag and some layering, even pre-washed my hair to make life easier. I walked in asking a beautiful shag like Sabrina Carpenter but I left looking like Arnold from Smoke Signals. $70 for half an inch off the edges, a pound of hairspray (?) and getting my hair yanked around is insane despite how vocal I was about what I wanted. Went home n did a better job myself lmao

I went in for a haircut just recently. I was wanting just a trim, possibly an inch off all around. I have long hair with layers, so I didn't want much of a change, just a clean up.
