Scheduled a silk press and trim. After wash and press, she started cutting my hair without checking with me. She “trimmed” nearly 6-7 inches off and it’s uneven. Just a blunt cut. Spoke with her and she says I should have requested a custom cut instead of trim if I wanted it blended. Now I’m needing an additional cut to even it out, when it’s already shorter than I wanted. Would not recommend.
It's disappointing seeing all these high reviews from years ago because clearly the quality of the stylists has dropped in recent times. Drea finds it okay to double book clients, not finish the hair on the appointment day, push it back 2 days and then demand an extra $75 for the "inconvenience." Would definitely recommend gambling on other stylists or even other salons if possible
I have been to the Hair Session a few times now and Andrea always does an incredible job with my hair! Not only do I walk out feeling like a million bucks but I also have a thoroughly enjoyable time chatting with her while she works. She is an expert in her field and she uses her knowledge to help you make the best decisions for your hair which I truly appreciate. I won’t go anywhere else to get my hair done from now on!
I found The hair session on line. My stylist could not fit me into his schedule . I had an event I really needed to get my hair done. I had a wonderful experience. I enjoyed the atmosphere. Andrea is a skilled, professional and knowledgeable hair stylist. She provided excellent customer service and personalized consultation. The salon was clean and inviting environment. I highly recommended Andrea and I will definitely come back!
