I had a very bad experience at this salon. Three buzz cuts later over seven months down the track (fortunately I have short hair) I have finally achieved the silver foils in dark hair look that I was wanting at another salon. Quite traumatic!!! I left The Hair Room with a dense gold color which was not at all what I had asked for. They were aware that things had gone wrong and added multiple toners to try and modify the color. However, there was no offer to reduce the cost. Had a wonderful experience at the salon,Was very concerned about getting my long hair cut as I have a fear of hairdressers because of bad experiences but I had nothing to worry about with Katie looking after me and making me feel very at ease. She done a fantastic job and I was so very pleased and confident after the cut. And thank you to Stacey for helping me book the appointment and making me feel comfortable in her salon. 5 stars🌟
