My wife made an appointment which I heard on speaker phone. When she arrived she was told she did not have an appointment. They turned her away. My wife is disabled and had our son help her in with her walker. She hasn't been to a hairdresser since last year and was really looking forward to it.There was an empty chair but they still did not take her. It also never occurred to them to suggest rescheduling.
