How do you expect people to book appointments, if you don't answer the phone. Tried calling for 2 hours, no one answers, not even a option to leave voice-mail. Ended up traveling to shop, closed, when hours stated on web and store front for Wed. 8:30am - 5:30pm. Come on run the business like a business.
