I had an amazing experience at this salon! From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The salon was clean, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. My hair stylist Brooklyn took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Attaching "Spa" to this place is laughable. Almost every piece of equipment and furniture is dinged, scratched or blemished. The ceilings have water stains and some look like they'll fall out at any moment. The bathrooms have the cheapest toilet paper you can buy. That stuff you see at an airport or gas station where you end up using 50 feet of it to get the job done. If Tabitha Takes Over was still around, I'd definitely submit this place for an episode.
Me and my entire team come here for our hair needs and I highly recommend platinum beauty and all of their stylists are amazing.
