I was very excited to try out The Hair Lounge for this first time, but unfortunately I don't think I'll ever be going back. I booked a color consultation with Sheyanne and that actually went very well, she didn't have many openings for how much time this particular service needed so I booked an appointment in about two weeks time. After about a week I received a call from the salon asking if we could push the appointment from 4pm to 4:45pm that same day (so she could fit in another customer). First time in and appointment was with Ursula. She gave me a great haircut! I have short hair which can be difficult to cut. She is very talented. Highly recommend her.
