I had my hair done by Kyra yesterday, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I absolutely LOVED my first experience at the Hair Loft. I found it from google in search of a place to help me with my long thinning hair that had completely lost its body and was turning gray. The place is very welcoming, relaxing, some comfy sofas to sit. Everyone is so attentive, offering a drink. Kyra was my stylist who really listened to what I wanted. Discussed options. I love getting my haircut at The Hair Loft by Alyssa! I usually play it safe with a one-length haircut, but Alyssa helps me find a style with layers and face framing that really suits me. She always talks me through her plan beforehand so I can visualize the final result before she starts. She’s professional, talented, and makes every appointment relaxing. I also love that she finishes with a Dyson blowout, and I always leave loving my hair. Highly recommend!

The Hair Loft is a charming boutique salon in the heart of Metuchen. I appreciate how clean and welcoming the space is. I’ve visited twice so far, once with Zoe and once with Diana, and walked out content both times. Both stylists truly listened to my needs and concerns, delivering exactly what I was looking for. While their pricing reflects a premium boutique experience, the results you leave with make it well worth the investment.

Alyssa is the real deal. She has a scientist-level understanding of hair chemistry and color; paired with magical artistry of cutting and styling. Hard to find someone so good at both!
