I'm not sure if I would return to the hair loft. The hairstylists are truly talented, there's no question there. But, also seem to mean girls. It's really a shame. I walked in 30 mins early for my appointment and then heard the girls gossiping about me. That seems bad for business. I would know, I own one. I've been going there for about a year and trying to find the right stylist since I'm particular about my hair. I had a great experience at The Hair Loft recently!!! I got my hair cut from Blanca and I love it!!! She listened patiently to what I wanted my hair to look like. She explained to me in detail how she is gonna go about with the haircut and how she would tweak it based on my hair type and structure. I loved my visit here and am definitely going to be a regular customer here!!🥰🥰
