I loved one of my customers hair. She recommended the owner at The Hair Loft. I couldnt get in with her, so I went to Victoria, as I liked her highlight photos on Insta. I should have learned after my first appointment, but thought I would give her another try. Both times she was 15 minutes late. My first appointment I came in for blonde highlights and left with darker hair. She cut my hair, but not my bangs. She told me my next appointment for touch up highlights would be $80.
