I’ve been coming to see Theresa for years and every time I leave, I feel fabulous. My friends, family and colleagues come to her, too. You know it’s an ultimate compliment when someone visits Theresa with a pic of my hair asking if they can make this happen! Theresa responded, “Of course! Kristen is actually one of my clients!” Love her.

This salon is truly one of the best I have ever visited. The prices are quite reasonable considering the exceptional service I received. I typically pay double for a haircut at my usual salon, yet the quality of the cut here is far superior. The staff is so much more inviting than my usual salon, and the stylist and team are incredibly friendly. I genuinely enjoyed the entertaining conversations during my visit. Additionally, the interior of the salon is beautifully designed.

I had an awful experience at Hair Loft in Bay Shore. The salon was clean, unwelcoming, and cold. It felt very impersonal, almost like a garage or a large cafeteria. There was no receptionist or front desk, and the only person working was a woman who didn’t even acknowledge me when I entered. The stylist who came to assist me was dressed very unprofessionally, wearing sweatpants and Crocs, which was surprising for a salon. I went in today for a, haircut and Veronica Was amazing. My hair came out exactly how I wanted it too, which is something I stopped expecting after trying so many new places But she actually brought the vision to life that I was looking for. Best part was a wash cut and blowout for only $60 ! I highly recommend this establishment.
